About the Role:
We are currently seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting overall healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes or concerns
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare protocols
Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements:
Active LPN license in [insert state/region]
