About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) to support clients in their daily living activities and provide essential personal care. This role is critical in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in long-term care, assisted living, or home settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support with toileting and hygiene care
Help with feeding and nutritional support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain clean and safe environments
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff
Requirements:
- Certified as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care
- Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
