About the Role:
We’re seeking dependable and kind Home Care Aides to provide personalized support to clients in the comfort of their homes. Your role will ensure safety, dignity, and independence for individuals who need extra help with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
- Monitor client well-being and report changes
- Encourage independence and meaningful engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care preferred
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Respect for client privacy and dignity
- Ability to travel to client homes reliably
